Offers 4 outpatient pavilions. Rehabilitation Pavilion includes: physical therapy, occupational therapy, industrial medicine, and speech & hearing services. Women's and Children's Pavilion includes: general health care, pediatrics,child care, obstetrics (normal and high risk), family planning, gynecology, comprehensive health care for teen mothers and child, fetal diagnostic center, physicals, dermatology, asthma management, hearing and vision testing, eating disorder evaluation, assists with smoking cessation, and provides immunizations for Hepatitis B, Varicella, MMR, and Tetanus. Specialty Services Pavilion includes: cardiology, orthopedics, rheumatology, geriatrics, gastroenterology, neurology, ophthalmology, dermatology, nutrition, and ENT. Cancer Care Pavilion includes: chemotherapy and radiation therapy as well as other aspects of cancer care. Also located in the Outpatient Plaza is the pharmacy, which can fill prescriptions written by any Metro doctor.

Provides physical exams, birth control and reproductive health educational services.

Clinic times available for Teens. Alternates between the two sites every Monday, call or message their Facebook page for which location it will be at next.

Provides birth control counseling, contraception, pregnancy counseling, prenatal care, sexuality/reproductive health education, and teen family planning program.

Provides prenatal care, including pregnancy testing, programs and classes and Primary Care

Provides medical care for teens. Services include birth control, pregnancy tests, gynecology services, family planning counseling, STD testing and treatment including HIV testing, and school and work physicals. May be able to provide clients with a limited supply of some prescriptions written by Free Clinic physicians. Will also help clients access and complete paperwork for patient assistance programs that provide prescriptions.
