Genesis Hospice provides medical care and support services not only to the patient but also to the patient’s family and caregivers. Hospice enables individuals to live their lives where they are most comfortable. Most patients are referred to hospice by a physician or another health care professional; however, anyone may refer a patient.

HNCO provides comfort, support, and care for families dealing with the last phase of life. Our care team gives guidance and assurance and journeys with patients and families. Physical, spiritual, and emotional support is provided in the patient's home or where the patient lives. Palliative care is also available for those dealing with chronic illnesses, even if they are seeking curative measures. Free bereavement services, including individual counseling, support groups, and workshops, are provided for the families of hospice patients, and also to anyone in the community living with grief.
