The Hospice team of Nurses, Aides, Social Workers, Clergy and Volunteers helps patients to live their remaining days with dignity, comfort and control. Family members have bereavement support for 13 months after the death of patient.

HNCO provides comfort, support, and care for families dealing with the last phase of life. Our care team gives guidance and assurance and journeys with patients and families. Palliative care is also available for those dealing with chronic illnesses, even if they are seeking curative measures. Free bereavement services, including individual counseling, support groups, and workshops, are provided for the families of hospice patients, and also to anyone in the community living with grief.
