3 day class to prepare the individual for employment. Includes resume preparation, interviewing skills, confidence building activities, and employability skills. Barriers to employment will be discussed and help will be provided to overcome these barriers. The director will help the individual find employment and will work with the employer and employee throughout the first 1-2 years of employment.

Job Seekers have access to a full selection of resources under one convenient location, Services available include: - Partner services from local and state organizations - Employment and career counseling - Staffed, full service job search resource center with internet access - A host of jobseeker-related services including resume development, job leads, (link to hot jobs) and interview skills brush up - Veterans services - Access to education and training providers - Vocation rehabilitation services for those with a disability - Connections to other supportive services.
Prepares low-income women to acquire and maintain employment. Provides women with clothing appropriate for the type of job they are seeking. Participants will have the opportunity to consult with a stylist. Outfitting the client may include a purse, shoes, make-up, coat, hosiery or other articles as needed. Participants consult one-on-one with Human Resources professionals to develop resumes, work on career strategies, practice mock interviews, and acquire other job readiness skills. Also provides one-on-one career coaching and networking and assisted job searches.
