Some services include paid employment and supportive services, such as rehabilitation engineering, occupational therapy, speech and language therapy, and physical therapy. Individualized and small group instruction in self-directed leisure activities, computer skills, and the like, are offered.

Works to help adults with developmental disabilities achieve the highest level of independent function possible. Each new client receives an individual plan which is reviewed quarterly. C-TEC trains the future workforce in health care, skilled trades, manufacturing, information technology, public safety, and personal care services.
