Provides spay/neuter subsidy program for cats and dogs to low-medium households, monthly spay/neuter cat clinic for outside cats ($15 for males and $20 for females)for all Greene County residents. Provides free pet food to low income families (once a month). Responds to calls concerning potential livestock abuse or neglect. Provides guidance on animal care, including options available for veterinary assistance. We do not operate a shelter but assist in finding homes for animals.

Enforces laws and ordnances related to dogs including dogs that meet one of the following criteria: *Without provocation chased or approached a person in either a menacing fashion or an apparent attitude of attack or has attempted to bite or otherwise endanger any person. *Caused injury to any person. *Killed another dog. *Violated confinement/leash laws on multiple occasions. *Dog at large on major roadway (50+ speed limit). *Sick or injured stray dogs.

Responds to animal bite complaints and provides information on rabies. Offer rabies vaccine clinices for cats, dogs and ferrets.

Provides the services of an animal warden. Will kennel lost animals for a short period of time, provides animal control and rescue services, and offers animal adoption.

Provides animal control services, including loose dog capture and trapping of feral wildlife, for the City of Brunswick. Does not accept animals from outside city limits. Also offers dogs and cats that go through their system for adoption.

Provides a variety of animal related services for the city of University Heights. Services include animal control, animal rescue and cruelty to animal investigations.

Assists in pet adoptions; promotes responsible pet care; and coordinates a spay/neuter program. Cost for spaying/neutering is based on the type of animal (dog or cat), weight, and sex of the animal.

Handles and investigates complaints regarding stray or barking dogs or dog bites. Provides a kennel for loose or abandoned dogs and offers dogs for adoption. Enforces animal-related ordinances. Does not accept dogs from individual owners.

Loans humane traps to residents to assist in the capture and removal of all nuisance animals pertaining but not limited to skunks, raccoons, possums, groundhogs, squirrels, reptiles and other exotic animals. Services available on public and private property. Also provides an animal lost and found to report or check on lost pets. Offers animal adoption for animals that have been in the kennel for 30 days.

Provides animal rescue, control, lost-and-found, and cruelty to animal investigations for the city.

Can provide wild animal assistance, injured or sick. Handles domestic animal complaints as well as the enforcement of City animal ordinances.
