Program designed for adults with severe and persistent mental illness to learn basic life skills as well as further their education and employment goals.

A variety of psychological services are offered to individuals, couples, and families. Commonly seen issues include stress, depression, anxiety, relationship problems, family and parenting concerns, substance use, and grief. Consultation to health-care professionals and agencies are available. Services are confidential.

Provides individualized life coaching services and counseling designed to assist child sexual abuse and adult rape survivors in setting and reaching life goal while journeying through their sexual abuse experience.

Provides an appearance-related side effects from chemotherapy or radiation treatment for any form of cancer including breast cancer.

Provides in-person programming at Buchtel and East Community Learning Centers (CLC). Focuses on leadership skill building and social-emotional skill building.

Offer counseling services for chemical depency, assessments, treatment, mental health (grief loss, depression/anxiety, trauma/PTSD, addiction/co-dependency, sexual abuse and sexual addiction). Spiritual Counseling (upon request). Individual and couples counseling.

Offers classes on a variety of topics including budgeting, saving, improving credit, workforce literacy (prejob guidance, life skills, etc.) computer training and preparing for home ownership. One on one counseling in these areas is also available upon request.

Offers cognitive fitness, emotional wellness, social well-being and personal health through extensive programming that includes: classes, engagement, education and support. Services may include: Cognitive Fitness Classes, Free Memory Screenings, Volunteer Engagement for individuals with memory or thinking concerns, Care Partner Educational Groups, Brain Health Information Resource Center, Brain Health Coaching, NeurOptimal Neurofeedback Brain Training.

Offers a life coaching service to youth seeking guidance with specific areas of interest. Topics may include goal setting, time management, mindfulness, critical thinking, life purpose, creative skills, happiness coaching, and more.

Provides an intensive youth enrichment program offering holistic support - academic, as well as social, emotional, and spiritual, with strong focus on leadership development. Urban Vision is a Christ-centered organization.

Provides public vocational education and training to handicapped or developmentally delayed secondary students who have not had the opportunity for community employment. The program includes job training, social skills training, on-site work experiences and all necessary support services needed to prepare the student for work within a community setting.

Offers social and emotional learning (SEL) program that focuses on self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationships, and responsible decision-making. Life School aligns with both the Ohio Department of Education’s K-12 Social and Emotional Learning Standards as well as CASEL’S Framework. My Lens, My Life is an SEL-based experiential program that develops social awareness and empathy in students and seeks to stop or reduce bullying, harassment, disrespect, and other undesirable social interactions.

Provides treatment services which may include emotional support, problem-solving assistance, information, and guidance for individuals who are having difficulty in coping with a traumatic experience, a personal relationship, or in making the adjustments that are required by their particular stage in life. Provides in-person and virtual sessions.

Provides one on one parent coaching for specific situations.

Temporary living environment where treatment and support services can begin. Six beds; not a crisis unit; length of stay two weeks, up to one month. For persons with mental health problems who are homeless or are in danger of becoming homeless, or need to acquire skills and access to resources to achieve independent living.

Scattered site apartments monitored by program coordinator and assistant coordinator. Youth are provided with supervision and life skill development to enhance their awareness and familiarization of budgeting, credit card awareness, lease agreements, employment interviewing, career goal setting, diet and food preparation, home management, and other important and related skills.

Provides a student transition training program designed to increase the capacity of youth with disabilities to make choices and to advocate for themselves.

Offers diversity and inclusion training.

Provides programs that build relationships with children through constructive activities. Topics may include improving children's overall physical, social and academic performance, learning non-violent conflict management techniques, decreasing substance and alcohol abuse, community involvement and awareness, social and life skills, character building, and goal-setting.

Provides programs and services that meets the students learning needs, improve their participating in class, social skills, and learning comprehension. Creates an environment that supports the student’s learning strengths.

Help Me Grow Home Visiting is Ohio's program for expectant parents, newborns, infants and toddlers. The program provides health and developmental services so that children start school healthy and ready to learn. Help Me Grow works with parents to support young children's development. Home Visitors provide on-going home visits in the home; focus on improving prenatal health habits and infant care giving skills; provide information on child's health, growth, education and development through the Parents As Teachers program; provide screenings for health, hearing, vision and development; connect families with community resources and services. Affiliated with the evidence-based home visiting model Parents As Teachers. Services include - Developmental Screening - Information on parenting tips - Assistance in developing and reaching family goals - Home Visits to help each child stay "on the road" to healthy growth and development - Service Coordination - professional nurses, teachers, or other qualified staff who share their knowledge about available resources, assist families in connecting with needed services, coordinate services to help families meet their needs and goals. Help Me Grow is - Family-friendly and family centered - Supportive and respectful of each family's needs and preferences - Individualized to meet the needs of each child and family.

Provides classes to teach specific leadership skills (e.g., time management, leadership styles, conflict resolution). Classes are tailored to specific organizations' needs. Classes assists participants in discovering the strengths they bring to a productive working relationship with community, neighborhood, business, and government institutions. Includes the history and current status of Cleveland's neighborhoods and the types of planning and skills individuals need to serve the community, their families, and themselves. Agency also community members with phone assistance on any topic related to community organizing.

Offers coaching and mentorship on an individual or group basis in the following areas: - Setting goals. - Developing action plans. - Gathering feedback and support. - Overcoming barriers. - Finding strength and inner resources.

Provides guidance to help develop the skills needed to live independently. Program teaches life skills, job readiness (how to make a resume, interviewing techniques), dealing with anger, and how to break the cycle of abusive relationships. Also offers counseling and information to this who want to start their own business. Offered in group and one-on-one settings.
