GHRO Your Future is a life-skills development and mentoring program designed for girls ages 12-18, that runs annually from September-May. Each participant is matched with a strong female leader from the community for monthly check-ins to discuss personal goals and ambitions, while providing social and emotional support. In bi-weekly workshops, participants engage in academic support, career exploration, high school and workforce readiness, leadership development, mental and physical wellness, and confidence building.
