GHRO Your Future is a life-skills development and mentoring program designed for girls ages 12-18, that runs annually from September-May. Each participant is matched with a strong female leader from the community for monthly check-ins to discuss personal goals and ambitions, while providing social and emotional support. In bi-weekly workshops, participants engage in academic support, career exploration, high school and workforce readiness, leadership development, mental and physical wellness, and confidence building.

The Getting Ahead program is a 16 session workshop that is based on the work of Phil Devol in his book Getting Ahead in a Just-Gettin'-By World. Its purpose is to support, nurture and assist those who wish to rise out of poverty, especially generational poverty. Some limited transportation assistance may be available. Gift cards are given at each session.
Offers a programs to teach daily living skills and/or parenting skills. Topics include Values, Personal Responsibility, Refusal Skills, Hygiene and Self Care, and Making Decisions. Each session includes a video, role play, workbook exercises, and discussion.

Help Me Grow Home Visiting is Ohio's program for expectant parents, newborns, infants and toddlers. The program provides health and developmental services so that children start school healthy and ready to learn. Help Me Grow works with parents to support young children's development. Home Visitors provide on-going home visits in the home; focus on improving prenatal health habits and infant care giving skills; provide information on child's health, growth, education and development through the Parents As Teachers program; provide screenings for health, hearing, vision and development; connect families with community resources and services. Affiliated with the evidence-based home visiting model Parents As Teachers. Services include - Developmental Screening - Information on parenting tips - Assistance in developing and reaching family goals - Home Visits to help each child stay "on the road" to healthy growth and development - Service Coordination - professional nurses, teachers, or other qualified staff who share their knowledge about available resources, assist families in connecting with needed services, coordinate services to help families meet their needs and goals. Help Me Grow is - Family-friendly and family centered - Supportive and respectful of each family's needs and preferences - Individualized to meet the needs of each child and family.

Provides life skills education program for men, including pre-employment and training, community referral services, case management, health education and awareness and life skills development.
Youth from kindergarten through high school experiencing disadvantages associated with growing up in an environment of high rates of poverty, substance abuse, illiteracy and crime are eligible for this program. Every week, thirty students are encouraged to complete homework and learn good study habits. They participate in the Eastside Youth Program, which teaches money and household management, cooking, laundering, and other practical life-long skills to help them become independent, contributing adults.

Offers two coaching program focusing on life skills, service, leadership, and education. One program (From Me 2 U) is for high school aged youth and is offered in four formats: community-based, school-based, and residential. During Summer, the program partners with Youth Opportunities Unlimited, to add a workforce component. School-based learning allows participants to incorporate classroom skills into a safe community environment while developing team-building skills. Participants gain skills to help them identify as community members while fostering independence. Residential is designed to replace risky behaviors and activities with positive protective factors by improving decision-making and critical thinking skills, increasing engagement in drug-free activities, increasing participant's network of positive peer supports, and developing community awareness about prevention efforts. The other program (Becoming Me ) is for young adults in college and offers life coaching and internships.

Supports families after initial crisis is over. The Counseling Program provides youth and families with a counselor who will work with families to help them find common ground and make long term changes.
