The Counseling Program provides youth and families with a counselor who will work with families to help them find common ground and make long term changes. Help Me Grow Home Visiting is Ohio's program for expectant parents, newborns, infants and toddlers. The program provides health and developmental services so that children start school healthy and ready to learn. Help Me Grow works with parents to support young children's development. Home Visitors provide on-going home visits in the home; focus on improving prenatal health habits and infant care giving skills; provide information on child's health, growth, education and development through the Parents As Teachers program; provide screenings for health, hearing, vision and development; connect families with community resources and services. Affiliated with the evidence-based home visiting model Parents As Teachers. Services include - Developmental Screening - Information on parenting tips - Assistance in developing and reaching family goals - Home Visits to help each child stay "on the road" to healthy growth and development - Service Coordination - professional nurses, teachers, or other qualified staff who share their knowledge about available resources, assist families in connecting with needed services, coordinate services to help families meet their needs and goals. The Family Resource Center provides information and referral to Greene County residents to help identify and address youth and family issues in many areas and also has a food pantry

Provides safe shelter wrapped around serviced for women and children who are victims of domestic violence. The shelter offers a full range of services, including case management, crisis intervention, advocacy, goal planning, referral and linkages, education, and life skills classes. Offers a four-week job readiness training, career counseling, life skills and personal development to assist fathers who are unemployed or underemployed. Job placement assistance available upon successful completion of the program.

Provides an after-school program that teaches youth about job skills, public speaking, interviewing, and basic life skills. Participants are provided a small stipend to take part in the program.

Parenting Network provides one on one mentoring to engage and educate parents in a way that equips them with the necessary skills to maintain a safe, healthy home environment. Material items including cribs, car seats, clothing, diapers, etc. can be earned for their children as lessons are completed.

Supports can include assistance with daily living needs, therapeutic needs, learning new skills, connection to resources and social groups in your community as well as support to find and maintain a job.

Provides a personal life coach for members of the plan who work to address needs beyond physical health, such as preparing for, training for, and searching for employment, budgeting and finances, education or training opportunities. Coaches can also link members to services and supports for housing, food assistance, and transportation.
