Assists students with disabilities who are between the ages of 14 and 24 years old who want to pursue individual interests and independence in the community. Monthly Youth Group meetings provide opportunities to discuss and practice the following topics such as: Pre-employment, Self-advocacy, Independent Living Skills, Socializations skills, Self-Advocacy, and Youth Leadership. Empower YOUth Facebook page and youth discussion groups, and a Disability Mentoring Day activity.

Supervised Living for Older Youth
Operates a 23-unit supportive housing residential facility for young adults who have aged out of foster care. Residents have the opportunity to participate in classes that teach parenting skills, job readiness, and independent living skills as they work toward self sufficiency. The facility also offers a community room, laundry room and an exercise room. Units are furnished efficiency apartments.

Youth are provided with supervision and life skill development to enhance their awareness and familiarization of budgeting, credit card awareness, lease agreements, employment interviewing, career goal setting, diet and food preparation, home management, and other important and related skills.

Supervised Living for Older Youth
Program aims to help individuals and families that live in environments which are considered unsafe or unsanitary. Veterans, senior citizens, and disable adults often have difficulty maintaining their homes while young adults who 'age out of the foster system' or encounter life-disrupting issues and need temporary safe housing. H.A.R.P aims to resolve these issues by providing furnishing assistance, home repairs, and temporary housing.

General Minor Home Repair Programs
Provides supportive services to youth working towards independently meeting their needs. Places youth in an apartment with access to a case manager, therapy, medication management, and life skills instruction.
Offers a supervised living program for teens and young adults to help them prepare for independent living. Provides 24-hour supervision. Participants live in a group residence on the Bellefaire campus. Offers access to supportive services such as life skills education, medical and mental health care, vocational training, employment services and case management. Participants must attend high school or work toward a GED while in this program.
