Program designed for adults with severe and persistent mental illness to learn basic life skills as well as further their education and employment goals.

A Community Health Worker meets 16 times with the client (4 prenatal and 12 postpartum). Each session involves support education and testing to verify continued abstention from tobacco. Program is designed to give women incentives to stop using tobacco during and after pregnancy by providing diapers to those who remain tobacco-free during pregnancy and the first year of their child's life. Provides baby diapers for eligible women. Those who remain tobacco-free will receive 14 $25 vouchers to use for diapers for one year from participation.

Offers free Deterra medication disposal pouches to discard unused or expired medications. Also offers support and resources for assistance against bullying, problem gambling, and suicide prevention.

Includes group support, hypnosis, relaxation, referrals for nicotine replacement (if needed), and a review of coping strategies. Service may include consultation regarding medications.

Offers medical, dental and vision services for low-income residents in Columbus. Also provides short-term behavioral healthcare with counseling, group counseling and case management. Recovery supportive services available for those with substance use and addiction issues. Also assists with Medicaid enrollment. Provides HIV/STI testing and other prevention services, including PrEP. Provides HIV care and case management and linkage to care.

Provides advocacy and community health education, literature, workshops on lung diseases, cigarette smoking, air pollution; stop smoking programs/clinics, asthma management programs, including an Early Childhood Asthma Program. and special programs for children, as well as smoking cessation programs at the workplace.

Certified tobacco treatment counselors provide assistance for individuals who are interested in quitting smoking/nicotine.

Program helps smokers improve overall health, reduce the smell of smoke on clothes, hair, breath, car and home, doing simple tasks without running out of breath, having fewer facial wrinkles, saving money, increasing life expectancy to be around longer for family and friends, and being in control of your life. Offers 4 to 8 weeks of tobacco cessation counseling with nicotine replacement products.
