Opal House is a home for 16 women who are in recovery from substance use disorders. It is not a treatment program, but rather sober-living housing.

COVID-19 Temporary Message: All case managers, peer supporters, and individual sessions will begin to meet via telephone for individual appointments. Weekend UDS at Turning Point is also suspended, though regular weekday screening is still taking place. All of their residential facilities (Turning Point, Opal House, and Liberty House) are accepting new clients.

Naomi House is: - For women in recovery, women in recovery who have infants, or women in recovery who are pregnant - A recovery residence, where rent is on a graduated rent structure. It is their home. With grant support, new moms will be exempt from rent for a period of time. - A place where supportive services are conducted – parenting, healthy living, food preparation. - Where an on-site house mom will help the residents with their recovery, parenting, establishing a positive, productive life. - Where recovery coaches, parent mentor, recovery navigator will work with the residents on the skills and knowledge to gain long term recovery - Where the residents can participate in treatment programs, including medication assisted recovery and support group meetings. - Where participation in recovery events will be encouraged. - Where the residents, when they are ready and able, will be encouraged to gain employment.

The Recovery House is dedicated to helping those in recovery by offering a safe place to call home and providing community support to help people stay in recovery. Tenants who sign the month-to-month lease will pay rent and are required to submit to random drug testing. A recovery coach will visit the property regularly to monitor the tenants and ensure that no drugs or alcohol is on the property. Roommates and spouses are prohibited, although children might be permitted under certain circumstances. Tenants are expected to stay sober and participate in recovery programs. No treatment or counseling will occur at the house; rather, it's simply a place for recovering drug addicts to live in a supportive environment with others going through the same struggles. The home is divided into four apartments in a safe neighborhood with close proximity to public transit, restaurants and laundromats on Maple Avenue.

Provides a 12-month residential program for women recovering from alcohol and substance use disorders. The program's purpose is to ensure abstinence from any mood- or mind-altering substance. Recovering involves a structural program that will lead to the final quest of a new lifestyle. It is the belief of NOAMI that the process of recovery shall include personal development, family mentoring, community awareness, financial independence, job readiness, and relapse prevention. Women's support groups and family support groups are also incorporated as an on-going and effective part of this process. The program is designed for women who have the desire to recover and the willingness to prosper in their newfound way of life. Complete residential treatment and after-care programming is provided.

Provides a residential rehabilitation center for alcohol- and drug-addicted men. Services include adequate housing, group and individual counseling, and a work-therapy component, in a clean and wholesome environment. Center residents learn new working habits and grow in self-respect on the path to responsible living.

Provides Level II residential recovery housing that provides access to Medication Assisted Management and outpatient services for women with substance use disorders.

Recovery Housing focuses on strength-based approaches, 12 step facilitation, gender specific housing, cultural sensitivity and is welcoming of individuals with co-occurring conditions and/or on methadone.

Provides outpatient treatment options for people struggling with substance use and mental health disorders (dual diagnosis). They offer programming consisting of PHP, IOP, OP and aftercare services. Licensed counselors meet with clients for individual counseling and group counseling. Case managers meet with clients to assist them with external needs and goals such as housing, food, life skills, employment, etc. Eligible clients can apply for Responsible Living Housing options.

Provides temporary shelter for men who have completed a hospital or residential substance use disorder rehabilitation program and need continued support in a residential non-drinking, drug-free environment to sustain their recovery.

Provides no charge living in recovery housing for women stuggling with addiction.

Provides long-term housing, employment, social, and peer support services to women in recovery from alcohol and/or other drugs.

Provides a housing project designed for men who want to acquire additional recovery and life skill tools. The program requires placement for up to 12 months.

Assists women ages 18 and over with substance use disorder. Facility assists pregnant women and women with children ages 5 and under to live in a safe and supportive environment while participating in outpatient substance abuse treatment at Lake Geauga Recovery Centers.
