Provides the Welcome Home Program (Residential) for people and organizations interested in acquiring residential property. Offers The Building for Business Program (Commercial) for people and organizations interested in acquiring commercial property.
Offers a program for individuals or organizations interested in acquiring vacant lots. Note: This program is not part of any city or county program, such as Akron's "Mow-to-Own" program.
Provides residents the opportunity to acquire unused city lots by mowing vacant parcels near their home and maintaining the property for a period of time. Must maintain the property from the time the contract is signed through property transfer/closing. NOTE: Maintenance may include mowing, cutting, weeding, snow shoveling, litter removal, raking leaves, and other seasonal upkeep.
