Topics covered include nutrition, getting started with physical activity, overcoming stress, and staying motivated.

Funds research, publishes scientific findings, provides information and other services to people with diabetes their families, health professionals and the public. Also involved in advocating for scientific research and for the rights of people with diabetes.

Provides an emergency diabetes supply assistance for individuals who are diagnosed diabetic. Clients can receive one month's worth of supplies (glucometers, strips, syringes, etc.) one time in a 12 month period. Do not provide insulin.

Provides comprehensive primary care services including general physical examinations, immunizations, assistance with chronic illnesses such as asthma and diabetes, as well as the diagnosis and treatment of minor illnesses and injuries. Also provides comprehensive dental services.

Provides a year long life style change program in which people at risk for type 2 meet in a group with a trained lifestyle coach. Participants meet weekly for 16 weeks then monthly for the reminder of the program.
