A Community Health Worker meets 16 times with the client (4 prenatal and 12 postpartum). Each session involves support education and testing to verify continued abstention from tobacco. Program is designed to give women incentives to stop using tobacco during and after pregnancy by providing diapers to those who remain tobacco-free during pregnancy and the first year of their child's life. Provides baby diapers for eligible women. Those who remain tobacco-free will receive 14 $25 vouchers to use for diapers for one year from participation.

Services include: - Provide information on pregnancy and newborn care. - Offer problem-solving assistance to expectant mothers to resolve issues that may arise during the pregnancy. - Encourages clients to set and reach health and personal goals. - Acts as a liaison between the client and other community agencies to connect with resources and services such as medical care, housing, food, transportation, Medicaid, WIC, and other benefits.
