Provides assessment and counseling for drug and/or alcohol abuse to individuals involved in the court system. The forensic therapist works closely with the courts, probation officers and other community and out-of-county professionals with the goal of decreasing illegal behaviors and encouraging a sober life style.

State agency that oversees the juvenile detention facilities for youth felony offenders in Ohio. Incarcerated youth are able to receive case management, counseling services, medical care and opportunities to attend school.
Choice Pantry: Provides a 3–5 day supply of food up to twice per month. The pantry also offers additional support, including pet food, diapers, and baby food. The Hilliard Food Pantry hosts a variety of educational and creative classes, such as nutrition education, parenting workshops, and art programs. A small library with books for children and adults is available to promote literacy and learning. During the holiday season, the pantry provides special holiday assistance.
