Services offered to families and the community on the issues of sexual victimization and/or sexual offending. Primary modes of treatment are family and group therapy. Group services are provided to victims, youth offenders and parents.

Clinical Psychiatric Evaluation
Provides workshops to educate non-violent offenders about the seriousness and consequences of carrying a weapon.
Provides legal representation for eligible people charged with violations of the criminal code, felony offenses and some misdemeanors. Will also offer some general information about legal issues and the court process.
Offers temporary paid employment, pre-job guidance, and linkage to training and educational programs. Clients are employed in work crews that the agency operates, serving transit agencies, housing authorities, parks departments, etc. Provides an employment program for justice system involved/formerly incarcerated individuals. Clients start with a paid orientation and receive pre-employment workshop, resume and interview help, temporary job placement, and job search assistance and receive daily pay and daily feedback on performance. Goal is to transition the participant from the program into the mainstream workforce. Cash incentives are given as clients reach milestones and support is given for up a year after the client is placed in employment outside of the program.

Provides formal supervision for those awaiting trial or on community control (probation) as ordered by the court. Supervises probationers and monitors compliance to the conditions of their probation as well as providing other services such as referrals for social services. Specialized probation services provided for those needing intensive supervision such as those who are mentally disordered offenders, mentally retarded offenders, and sex offenders. Places offenders into drug treatment when needed. Provides case management for those in drug treatment and acts as a liaison between the court, client, and treatment facility. Also supervises persons in the work release and home detention programs.

Provides inmate telephone service in prisons. Inmates may make telephone calls ONLY to those individuals on the inmate's approved telephone calling list who have agreed to accept the inmate's calls while incarcerated. Inmate telephone calls may be paid for through one of the following three options: 1.) The inmate places a collect call that the receiver pays 2.) The receiver prepays for the collect call at a discounted rate and 3.) The inmate prepays for the collect calls that he/she makes. Also offers a means by which individuals may restrict calls from all Ohio prisons or from a specific inmate.
