Clients start with a paid orientation and receive pre-employment workshop, resume and interview help, temporary job placement, and job search assistance and receive daily pay and daily feedback on performance. Goal is to transition the participant from the program into the mainstream workforce. Cash incentives are given as clients reach milestones and support is given for up a year after the client is placed in employment outside of the program.
