Provides a drug and alcohol services seminar for court-ordered youth ages 10 to 17 years old. Seminar is 8 hours on designated Saturdays, held at Sinclair Community College.

Provides community based juvenile sex offender treatment for youth with sexual behavior problems. Program provides intensive case management and supervision, as well as individual and family therapy. Program is for juveniles who are entering or staying in the community. Through treatment, clients learn to: accept responsibility for their actions, manage negative feelings, develop positive relationships, control negative impulses, develop empathy for victims, and identify support networks. P.R.O.T.E.C.T. program name stands for: Prevent Reoccurance Team with Enhanced Case Management & Treatment.

Maintains frequent interaction with client and monitors their medications, basic needs, and housing and employment situations, and helps them find needed treatment and services.
