provides information and support to fathers to help them develop stronger bonds with their children. Information on parenting is provided and fun parent-child activities are offered. Will refer the father to other community resources that may assist as needed (such as help with budgeting, understanding family law, and/or employment).

Family resource services offering parenting classes with a parenting coach. Parenting coach helps to create a plan for overcoming parenting challenges, and improving caregiving effectiveness. On call during emergencies, and will mentor/guide parent through issues. Parenting classes are provided by those certified to teach the evidence-based Nurturing Parenting Curriculum, designed to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect by reaching families who have come to the attention of Social Services. Offers the following guidelines: * Age-appropriate expectations * Emotional regulation * Dignified system of discipline * Self-awareness * Healthy sense of empowerment * Humor and laughter Services are provided with goal to prevent family separation or reunite family after separation. * Services are faith-based and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.

Functions as a network of social service providers and funders that plan and coordinate services for fathers. Promotes the importance of fathers through radio and television along with distributing promotional materials and sponsoring special events. Offers pamphlets and flyers about the Fatherhood Initiative that agencies can distribute to clients.

Provides community educational programs to civic groups and other organizations. Topics are related to parenting issues, issues of mental health and general wellness, and issues of child care.
