Provides a free naloxone kit to any community member. Naloxone is a prescribed nasal inhalant that reverses an opioid overdose. Kit includes 2 vials of medication, a small tip sheet on how to recognize an overdose, and where to access additional educational videos. Will receive instruction on how to recognize and respond to an overdose (as well as distinguish between different types of overdose) and how to administer intranasal Naloxone to reverse the opioid overdose. All training will be provided onsite or at a community partner location.

Offer counseling services for chemical depency, assessments, treatment, mental health (grief loss, depression/anxiety, trauma/PTSD, addiction/co-dependency, sexual abuse and sexual addiction). Spiritual Counseling (upon request). Individual and couples counseling.

Offers a drug disposal product to pharmacy customers as part of an effort to combat the nation's opioid abuse epidemic. DisposeRX, is meant to be used by customers who no longer need their prescription painkillers or are concerned that someone else might take their pills. When mixed with warm water and prescription medication in a pill bottle, DisposeRX creates a solid that can then be thrown out safely in the trash, without the risk of contaminating groundwater.

Coordinates trash collection and a recycling program for the City of North Olmsted. Also provides collection of leaves, household hazardous waster, tires, computers, and appliances as well as recycling for paper, cardboard and phonebooks.

Hospice is sensitive to the difficult issues involved when facing a life-limiting illness and/or the death of a loved one. When requested, a Hospice counselor can provide support for patient and family.

Provides assistance to low-income persons who are appealing the denial, reduction, termination, and/or overpayment of county, state, and/or federal public benefits such as (OWF or Ohio Works First); Disability Medical Assistance (DMA); Medicaid; Prevention, Retention, and Contingency (PRC); Healthy Start; Food Stamps; Social Security; Medicare; Supplemental Security Income (SSI); and other public benefit programs.

Through Clubhouse, teens in 7-12 grade volunteer to tutor and mentor children in 2-6 grade.

Miami County Right To Life Society offers car seats.

Offers Columbia Gas customers an inspection of the house and heating equipment, client education, heating equipment repairs or replacement, insulation and weather-stripping and referrals to other energy programs.
