Mental health, alcohol and drug crisis needs of youth ages 0-18, and their families are addressed at Netcare by Youth Crisis Services. Youth clinicians conduct a standardized risk assessment and work to stabilize youth at the least restrictive level of care. Crisis management and linkage with ongoing mental health or substance abuse service providers will occur when needed. This program is committed to the best available care of youth and families in crisis.

Provides a consumer-operated program which helps participants have self-confidence and empowers them to achieve their goals. Goals include increased social interaction, increased community engagement, increased education and self-awareness regarding medical-psychiatric conditions and treatment needs and reduction in the need for in patient medical-psychiatric treatment.

Provides services to assist individuals as they fight the epidemic of addiction through Medication Assisted Treatment (Methadone, Buprenorphine/Suboxone, Subutex, Sublocade, Vivitrol).

Assists in developing a collaborative plan of action for multi-need children and adolescents upon referral. A child may be considered a multi-need child if he/she is involved or eligible for involvement with more than one FCF involved agency (BDD, Juvenile Court, mental health or substance abuse services, among others.) Secondary services such as peer support partners, respite care, intensive home based services, in home support services may be available to children that are active in the Wraparound program.

The General Division of the Court of Common Pleas has jurisdiction to decide felony cases, criminal cases where the amount in controversy exceeds $500, and domestic relations cases involving divorce, dissolution, and legal separation occurring in the county.

Offers Information and Referral services to Ohio residents and their families experiencing blindness and vision loss. Support groups and weekend activities are offered at various times throughout the year. ACB Ohio has a state conference held in Columbus each fall. Also, people interested in becoming a member for a small fee will recieve a quarterly newsletter.

Provides goal-oriented and individualized supports focusing on improving self-sufficiency for the persons served. Case Management/Services Coordination services will be focused on each individual served and their ability to succeed in the community, to identify and access needed services and to show improvement in school, work and family. The Mental health Case Management/Services Coordination service will provide specific, measurable and individualized services to each person served.
