The CAP Line provides central intake for the following shelters:

* If assessment results indicate that families/individuals are eligible, will place those who have been assessed in an available shelter. The goal is to help the client establish both a short- and long-term housing plan.
*Due to shelter space limitations and client circumstances, there is no guarantee of immediate placement.
* There is no on site day care.

If placed on the waiting list, a Coordinated Access Navigator will call you when a bed becomes available. Additionally, a specialist may tell you about privately run shelters outside the Coordinated Access system, and talk to you about any other local resources that may be able to provide you with assistance.
