Percentage of Income Utility Payment Plans
Provides first month's rent and security deposit to help veterans establish permanent housing. Will also help with rent to help veterans stay in their current housing. Clients are provided with benefits assistance, landlord/tenant assistance, and case management to ensure that they are connected to available community resources and VA benefits. Clients do not have to stay in the county they reside in (may move from county to county).

Community Relief Program provides emergency funds to assist Tipp City, Monroe Township and Bethel Township residents ONLY, one time during a 12 month period with rent.
Provides financial assistance for individuals and families who are currently homeless including rental assistance, deposits for security and utilities, emergency supplies of food, clothing, furniture, appliances, and other housing start-up items.

Provides aid to families in the form of a voucher to pay for rent and/or security deposit where the situation is an emergency and non-recurring (a situation not extending beyond 4 months) and which cannot be addressed using existing community resources. MAY BE USED FOR: 1. Establishing new household: Security deposit and/or one month rent ($750 maximum - once per calendar year). 2. Past due rent and staying in the same apartment: up to two months rent ($750 maximum - once per calendar year). In addition, applicant cannot exceed $1,500 in aid from the overall PRC program ($750 if non-custodial guardian). Does not assist with rental application fees.
Provides rent payment assistance as funding is available.
MVCAP ERA-2 Rent and Utility Assistance Program MVCAP is accepting applications for rental and utility assistance from eligible renters. All applications must be submitted via the online portal on Mondays starting at noon.

PRC program was established in Ohio to help families overcome immediate barriers to achieving or maintaining self-sufficiency. The program provides benefits and services to families who are in need of help with essential support to become self-sufficient. The PRC Program is designed to: •Prevent families from having to apply for OWF cash assistance when a crisis arises; •Help families retain employment by enhancing job skills , overcoming barriers and providing short-term assistance or wage supplementation if necessary. •Provide for contingent needs by helping families with nonrecurring urgent problems that could, if left unattended, result in families needing long-term public assistance. •Support families receiving OWF with services to enable them to become self-sufficient.
