Provides up to $8,000 financial assistance per individual to support eligible individuals in achieving successful long-term recovery. Assistance may be available for essential items such as rental costs, utilities, food, clothing, transportation, child care and other items as needed for recovery.

Assistance is available for late rent, as funds allow.

Program assists low-income individuals and families with rent and utility assistance due to economic hardship. Assistance is subject to the availability of funds.

Provides financial assistance for rent or mortgage payments.

Community Relief Program provides emergency funds to assist Tipp City, Monroe Township and Bethel Township residents ONLY, one time during a 12 month period with rent.

This Emergency Service for rental assistance is possible through the Community Service Block Grant (CSBG) and is intended to help low to moderate income families’ deal with life’s unexpected circumstances and provide the support for families to fulfill their day to day obligations and goal for self-sufficiency. Whenever possible CSBG dollars will be leveraged with other funding sources and programs to best fulfill the family’s needs. The purpose of the Rental Assistance Program is to assist those customers/households, who meet the eligibility requirements and are in need of assistance to prevent an eviction from occurring and to help them maintain normal day to day living responsibilities/obligations. *Priority is given to customers/households that request M.E.O.A.G. Inc Financial/Self Sufficiency guidance and complete the appropriate paper work. The Eviction Assistance program can assist with up to $1,500.00. This program is only available until the end of the CSBG grant period or as long as funding is available. (Whichever comes first). Eligibility Requirements: • Must be a resident of Muskingum County • Must be at or below 200 % of the Federal Poverty Guidelines as established by HHS • Must provide Income Verification for everyone in the household (based on either 90 days or 12 months income verification) • Must provide ID (individual applying) • Must provide social security cards (or crib card if social security card not available) for everyone living in the home • Assistance limited to one time per household within a 12-month period** • Must provide eviction notice • Must provide lease agreement • Must cooperate with M.E.O.A.G. Inc in leveraging other funding and programs when applicable . *M.E.O.A.G. Inc maintains the right to determine what constitutes normal day to day living responsibilities/obligations **Special circumstances may warrant for additional assistance to be provided. These special circumstances will be on a case by case basis for only customers/households participating in the Financial/Self Sufficiency guidance offered by M.E.O.A.G. Inc .

Non-recurring, emergency benefits to help families meet basic needs and/or sustain employment.

Provides rent and utility assistance. Funding is very limited.

Provides financial resources to assist community members with specific needs related to financial or spiritual crisis. Dispatchers pick up the calls and assess need and refer to our intake volunteers who reach out to the caller and determine the need, as well as offering acceptance, understanding and Christian compassion. After intake calls are made to confirm need, pledges are made to area landlords or utility companies. The Ministry helps with rental assistance, deposits and utility bills. Utility assistance is only offered prior to disconnection.

Provides aid to families in the form of a voucher to pay for rent and/or security deposit where the situation is an emergency and non-recurring (a situation not extending beyond 4 months) and which cannot be addressed using existing community resources. MAY BE USED FOR: 1. Establishing new household: Security deposit and/or one month rent ($750 maximum - once per calendar year). 2. Past due rent and staying in the same apartment: up to two months rent ($750 maximum - once per calendar year). In addition, applicant cannot exceed $1,500 in aid from the overall PRC program ($750 if non-custodial guardian). Does not assist with rental application fees.

Provides financial assistance for rent and utilities (gas, electric, and water).

Provides assistance with rent and mortgage payments and rental deposits.

Assists families who are behind in their rent or mortgage to remain in their homes and regain financial stability, as well as security deposit assistance for families in transition. Services vary based on the needs of the individual family, but can include mediation and rent/mortgage payment negotiation with landlord/lender, help accessing utility payment assistance programs, and financial counseling. Up to $1500 in assistance may be available. Support for school-aged children in the household may include access to low-cost computers (funding for computers is currently out). Will also assist with property tax payment to remain in their homes and regain financial stability.

Provides payment assistance for utilities (gas and electric). Also offers rent payment assistance. Agency will first try to work out a solution between the renter and landlord (such as letting the renter make extended payments or extending the due date for rent). Amount of assistance given will vary with each case. In most cases, assistance will be for no longer than three months in arrears plus months forward if necessary. Provides help with finding affordable housing that meets the client's budget and circumstances.

Housing Assistance Program (HAP) offers limited rent assistance for Columbus residents 50 and older.

Provides intake application assistance for emergency help with rent, mortgage and utility payments (electric, gas, heating fuel and water). Provided in partnership with Carroll County Department of Jobs and Family Services.

Provides emergency financial assistance for rent and utility bill payments. Funding is limited and may not always be available.

Provides up to $150 in assistance with rent or utilities to qualified individuals. Clients may receive assistance once a year.

Emergency financial assistance for rent/mortgage, utility (gas, water, electric, fuel oil), prescription needs. Does NOT pay for gasoline vouchers.

Provides payment assistance with establishing housing for justice involved individuals. Assistance can be applied to rental deposit and/or first month's rent (does not help with past or on-going rent).

Provides assistance with rent, mortgage, utilities, sewer/trash, bulk fuel to Ohioans in need of assistance. For rental assistance need total amount including fees, Landlord contact information and if moving to a new location justification for the move (i.e currently homeless, living with another family and not enough apace). For mortgage notice of late mortgage payment including taxes and insurance.

May be able to match individuals and families with rent assistance programs available in their area or refer to other programs.

Offers short-term rent subsidies to eligible individuals and families. Cannot help with past due rent.
