Tallmadge has the water pumped through two (2) force mains and then through the pump station.

Also provides a phone number to report power outages in event of storms and other events exterior to an individual home. Every few years will come out to properties and assess if a tree needs to be trimmed due to it interfering with power lines (can also call to request service if tree branches are interfering with power lines).

Handles retail billing, collection, customer service and service start/stops for water and sewer services in Akron and some surrounding communities. May offer utility payment plans to qualifying families.
