FSS Coordinator will help you locate the services you need to become employable: this can include helping you find a college to attend, putting you in touch with a GED program, helping you locate financial assistance, assisting you in completing an application for school, financial aid, employment, etc., helping you locate affordable daycare, assist you in applying for daycare assistance, and many other services.

Provides foreclosure and default counseling services with HUD certified housing counselors. May include financial and urgency assessment, loss mitigation strategies, negotiating with the loan servicer/lender and more.

Provides a program designed to empower individuals and families to make positive changes in their lives to increase family stability. Offers cooking and nutrition classes. Offers budgeting workshops to help handle finances and to save money. Agency sponsors field trips to thrift stores and discount stores to help the client build shopping strategies. Various "do-it-yourself" workshops are offered (such as how to make laundry detergent). Goal is to help individuals save money and increase their quality of life even if they have a small income. Parenting skills classes are also offered. Will refer to other community services as needed.

Representative payees are designated by the Social Security Administration (SSA) to receive benefit payments and act on behalf of SSDI or SSI beneficiaries to pay for the current and future needs of the beneficiary.
Provides pre-purchase counseling, including guidance through the steps of cleaning up credit, purchasing a home, obtaining a mortgage, and advising how to avoid lending that preys on borrowers. Offers assistance if foreclosure on a home is threatened. Offers HUD-approved home buyer education on topics such as preparing for home ownership and obtaining an affordable mortgage.
