This assists in regaining the civil rights regarding employment they lost as a consequence of the conviction. CQEs can be used to obtain employment or an occupational license.

Accepts applications for the restoration of the right to vote and hold public office from residents of Kentucky who have been convicted of non-violent felonies and have satisfied their terms of supervised release and/or their sentence of incarceration.
