Arranges for weatherization services for low-income customers of Columbia Gas of Ohio. Focuses on helping customers reduce high heating bills. Income-eligible homeowners and renters may receive the following: A full home energy inspection; Attic and wall insulation; Air sealing; Safety checks on natural gas appliances; Natural gas furnace repair or replacement; Natural gas water heater repair or replacement.

Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP) services include attic, wall and basement insulation; heating system repairs or replacements; air-leakage reduction; and other measures where appropriate. Additional service options for HWAP participants are also available for Columbia Gas customers. These could include help with: - Insulation — attic, floor, walls, pipes, and ducts. - Energy efficient light bulbs. - Refrigerators. - New energy efficient water measures (low flow shower heads, aerators, hot water heater blanket). - Energy Education.
