Provides a weatherization review, safety inspection on combustion appliances such as a heating unit, gas stove, water tank, etc. Other services may include a tune-up / repair of combustion appliances, insulation of attics, insulation of sidewalls, sealing of heating ducts, insulation of floors or foundation perimeter, insulation of water heaters, reduction of air leakage from major sources, personalized energy management plan and information on how to control humidity in the home.

Insulates attics, blows cellulose into side walls, caulks windows and doors, and takes any other practical measures to minimize or stop cold air infiltration. Furnaces are checked and repaired or replaced under this program, as well.

Services include: safety inspection of gas appliances, carbon monoxide alarms, education on energy saving, insulation, as well as inspection, repair, and possible replacement of furnace and hot water tank (if warranted), and customer education. Services provided through contracted agencies. Service provided depends on the assessment of the property.
