Provides financial assistance to low-income active United States military personnel (all branches of service) currently deployed overseas and to low-income post 9/11 Veterans with a wound, illness or injury received in the line of duty (LOD). Accepted reasons for financial assistance include mortgage assistance, rent assistance, home repairs, utility assistance, auto repairs, auto payments, travel and transportation, moving assistance, essential home items (mattresses and box springs and appliances such as washer, dryer, refrigerator, and stove), medical expense assistance, emergency dental assistance, critical baby items, and other financial assistance. Offers emergency financial assistance for critical baby items, food, and vision care to active duty service member with rank of rank E1-E6 with DEERS-eligible dependents. Note: Does NOT provide financial assistance for credit card debt or personal loans and does NOT assist with down payments for vehicles or homes.

Provides General and Cosmetic Dentistry services. For people who don't have dental insurance, Comfort Dental offers their own dental plans - Gold , Silver and Diamond Plans offer more discounts on services. Comfort Dental's membership plans are not insurance but rather a reduced fee plan. On Care Day, all services are free to anyone, with all patients served on a first-come-first-served basis. Services include anything from simple cleanings to extractions, with more serious problems evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

The dental clinics at the Knox County Community Health Center Danville and Mount Vernon locations provide dental care for children and adults of all ages. The following are examples of the services provided at both locations: Fillings, Sealants, X-Rays, Cleanings, Extractions, Child Dentistry, Oral Surgery.

Provides medications to treat HIV and HIV-related conditions. Also assists individuals who are HIV positive and have an HIV-related emergency need in the following areas: medical services, limited dental services and limited mental health services.

Provides primary care, dentistry, and behavioral health services. Accepts all major public and private insurance, and offers a sliding scale fee for those without insurance. In addition to primary care, specialty services include: HIV/AIDS Specialty Care, Trans Health, LGBTQ Relevant Care, PrEP/PEP Treatment, Women’s Health, HIV/STI Testing, Hep C Testing. The Behavioral Health team offers Psychiatry and Individual Psychotherapy. Dentistry services include emergency dental care; preventative care (exams, x-rays, cleanings, oral cancer screening, oral hygiene instruction & education); and restorative care (fillings, crowns, dentures, partials, simple extractions, simple root canals.

Dental clinic services include routine dental care for adults and children including check-ups, fillings, sealants, cleanings, extractions and other emergency care. **Knox County Dental Clinic is located at 706 South Market Street, Danville. Knox County Dental Location: Mon-Th 8am-6:30pm Fri 8am-4:30pm; Closed for all federal holidays.

Coordinates assistance with eyeglasses, dental care, and limited funds for minor medical bills for school children of low-income families enrolled in Barberton School District.

Provide prescription expense and dental care and eye care expense assistance.

Provides medical case management and help with HIV related medical, dental, and mental health visits and payments. The OHDAP (Ohio HIV Drug Assistance program) is also coordinated through our agency. This program provides financial aid for HIV related medications and some medical insurance premium payments and co-pays.
