Raise awareness about age-related eye disease, including cataracts, provide free eye care educational materials and facilitate access to eye care, at no out-of-pocket expense for eligible seniors. Provides a comprehensive medical eye exam and care for anything diagnosed at that exam for up to one year at no out-of-pocket cost for the physician's services. Does Not pay for eyeglasses, prescription drugs, hospital services, or fees of other medical professionals.

Helps provide free eyeglasses to the needy in Mansfield and Ontario area. Also collects glasses for under-developed countries.

Provides financial assistance to low-income active United States military personnel (all branches of service) currently deployed overseas and to low-income post 9/11 Veterans with a wound, illness or injury received in the line of duty (LOD). Accepted reasons for financial assistance include mortgage assistance, rent assistance, home repairs, utility assistance, auto repairs, auto payments, travel and transportation, moving assistance, essential home items (mattresses and box springs and appliances such as washer, dryer, refrigerator, and stove), medical expense assistance, emergency dental assistance, critical baby items, and other financial assistance. Offers emergency financial assistance for critical baby items, food, and vision care to active duty service member with rank of rank E1-E6 with DEERS-eligible dependents. Note: Does NOT provide financial assistance for credit card debt or personal loans and does NOT assist with down payments for vehicles or homes.
