Provides a program for those with neurological and non-neurological impairments who no longer require 24-hour inpatient medical care but who still require intensive rehabilitative therapy (instruction in activities of daily living, for example) and occasional nursing. Companion Caregivers share time together, participate in activities, supervise and assist with meal preparation. Social Services Medical social workers assist with financial and social needs and help in connecting with community resources.
