Neighborlink Miami Valley volunteers provide leaf raking, lawn care, (including mowing, hedging and weeding) and general yard cleanup services (including trash and other debris removal) for people who need or want assistance.Visit I Need Help for more information and to sign up for assistance.

Provides grass cutting and snow removal for seniors and those with disabilities.

Provides basic street maintenance services for the village. Also provides snow plowing for senior and disabled residents.

Provides yard maintenance, including flower planting, clearing weeds, and raking leaves. Lawn mowing may be provided if the resident provides a lawnmower and fuel. Snow removal is also available. Snow shovels are provided. May be able to work on other tasks such as hanging pictures and flags and putting up holiday trees and tree lights. Mat be able to provide porch painting (ground-level only) and exterior power-washing.

Provides assistance with services designed to help individuals age in place with dignity, mostly helping complete projects around the home and property. Service may include minor painting, repairs, garage cleanouts, window washing and more. Service is provided by volunteers.

Offers snow removal for seniors. Gives property owners with high grass or weeds notice to correct the situation.

Provides snow plowing and grass cutting for eligible seniors. Snow is plowed only on solid driveways, when snowfall exceeds 2 inches. Grass is cut for 10 weeks during the summer using the client's working lawnmower.

Provides house painting; constructs exterior ramps to the home. Provides tree trimming and maintenance of large trees that may present a hazard on the homeowner's property.

Provides minor home repairs for those who would otherwise not be able to do it themselves. Services vary, but generally helps with yard work, snow shoveling, and small repairs such as: porch painting, fixing or replacing door locks and handles; replacing broken screen doors or window panes; installing smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and changing batteries; making minor repairs on stair treads; replacing carpet threshold strips; and replacing furnace filters.

Provides snow removal from walkways and/or steps, lawn mowing, trimming, and/or leaf raking, minor home repairs and/or maintenance that does not involve serious plumbing or electrical issues.

Provides a small chore service. Will provide minor repairs (painting, replacing door knobs, railings, fixing minor plumbing issues, etc.). Also helps with yard chores (grass cutting, yard raking), general household maintenance (changing furnace filters and light bulbs, cleaning spouting, caulking windows, etc.) and heavy cleaning chores (carpet shampooing, washing windows, curtains, garages, walls, etc.). In addition, helps with essential errand running: grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, buying stamps, mailing packages, etc.

Provides seasonal yard maintenance (including snow shoveling), heavy household cleaning and minor home repair.

Custodial and Lawn Care Services with a focus on customer satisfaction. Services include: - General office cleaning - Trash removal - Floor maintenance - Restroom cleaning and sanitizing - Carpet care - Construction cleanup - Lawn care for commercial and residential.

Provides services that may include yard maintenance and landscaping assistance.

Aspire Ministries maintains a current list of available church ministries, community resources and agencies that may be able to help anyone in their current situation. Call the Aspire Ministries Connection Center to talk with a volunteer or schedule an appointment to come in to work with someone who can help determine which agencies may be of help. 1. Receive request for help. Requests are received either directly from a person in need or the person in need is referred to the Aspire Ministries office by a network church or local agency. 2. Assess the need. Specially trained Aspire Ministries volunteers or staff screen the request for extent of need and legitimacy, and discover any deeper issues fueling the crisis. 3. Provide help. The request is referred to the most appropriate Aspire Ministries partner church, agency, or organization. Volunteers swing into action, providing whatever resources or outreach programs are appropriate to address the need(s). 4. Follow up. Volunteers follow up to ensure the need was met and to offer prayer and spiritual support from churches. Aspire Ministries offers assistance to anyone in Marion County who is in need. Assistance may be available for the following needs: - Emergency Food - Gas Vouchers - Cleaning Supplies - Diapers, Wipes, Lotion - Furniture - Funeral Services - Minor Home Repairs (limited) - Yard Work and Snow Removal (limited).

Program provide free 24 hour rental for tools needed to do yard work.

Provides snow removal from the driveway when there is 3 inches or more, and grass cutting, during the appropriate seasons, for seniors and disabled.

Provides connection to a service that will mow yards and pick up leaves seasonally for eligible residents.Service includes edging driveways and walkways, collecting and disposing of grass clippings and general trimming around trees and shrubbery.
