Offers an enhanced tobacco and vaping cessation program for youth who want to stop using tobacco products, especially electronic cigarettes. Provides a coach who provides personalized support and information to help cope with stress, navigate social situations, and support developing a tobacco-free identity.

Twelve session program for male and female parents who have been court ordered to attend parenting classes, for Job and Family Services clients who have parenting classes as part of their case plan, and for parents who want training to help them be a better parent.

Offers a treatment program for adolescents ages 13 to 17 with substance use related issues. Aims to replace alcohol and drug use with positive reinforcements such as spiritual and recreational activities, mentoring programs, and better communication with family members.

Provides a non intensive afternoon and early evening outpatient treatment program for youth with substance use disorder. This service is for clients who are either stepping down from a more intensive treatment program and/or those who have been assessed to not be in need of a more structured, intensive treatment program. Clients receive counseling in individual, group, and/or family/caregiver sessions. Psychiatric and mental health services may be included if needed. Provides counseling for youth with substance use disorder. Separate sessions for family members may be provided to help them understand the client's addiction and understand the treatment that is being provided.

Provides a supervised, structured outpatient treatment program for those with substance dependency. Required for clients who are in the Opioid Treatment Program.

Services may include individual and group counseling, educational programming, stress management, crisis intervention, medical monitoring if needed, and coordinated services.

Provides medication-assisted counseling that helps individuals recover from addictions. Medications used include Suboxone, Zubsolv and Vivitrol. All participants are required to use the following services: drug testing, individual and group counseling and case management, as appropriate. Participants must agree to a behavioral contract regarding the rules of the treatment program in order to prevent diversion and increase the potential for successful recovery.

Substance Use Disorder services include one-one-one counseling with a drug addiction counselor; administration of Vivitrol is available from a healthcare provider: Naloxone doses available to prevent overdose deaths. Counseling provides individuals with an opportunity to actively pursue emotional healing and personal growth, in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Although our difficulties are unique, we all face trials of many kinds. Facing these trials, with the support of a counselor, can be an empowering experience. Recovery Support Group SMART Recovery is FREE and is held Tuesday evening. Support group help people learn self-empowering tools and members will provide support for each other in recovery. The goal of SMART Recovery is for you to achieve a healthy, positive and balanced lifestyle so you can conquer new challenges. Groups are held at the Knox County Community Health Center - Mount Vernon, Ohio location (Health Department) in the Conference Room on Tuesday evening at 6 pm. This group meets for about an hour and is open to anyone, no matter where they are at in their journey to recovery. There is no need to pre-register, and there is no fee to attend the support groups.

Operates as a residential treatment program for women with co-occurring substance use and mental health concerns and children age five (5) and under. Provides clients with individualized and group treatment and encourages them to become self-sufficient.

Provides in-person and virtual comprehensive outpatient substance treatment services. May include medication-assisted treatment, individual counseling, group counseling, and case management.

Offers a wide range of supervised, structured outpatient services for women who have problems related to substance use disorder, who need access to treatment to maintain their individual recovery plans but do not require the intensity of 24-hour hospital care.

Our physicians will determine the dosage of Suboxone that is needed for each client. We will also have Subutex for any pregnant women. After you have seen the counselor, you will see the nurse practitioner and will be diagnosed. Then you will be given a prescription.

Provides an accredited addiction treatment program that offers a wide range of outpatient addiction treatment services to help eligible patients and their families, struggling with substance use and other addictive behaviors. All patients will be assessed and then a treatment plan will be created based on the patient's needs. Outpatient Detoxification is only offered at the W.O. Walker Building and is provided over three days (they go home each evening - patient must be accompanied by a driver). Intensive Outpatient Treatment is less intensive and is provided three days a week for six weeks (offered at W.O. Walker Building and at Westlake Location). Program focus is that addiction is a brain disease affecting physical, mental, and psychosocial functioning. Provides a high staff to patient ratio.

Provides patient-centered substance abuse services through assessments, counseling, and recovery plan focused on drug and/or alcohol recovery. Treatment may include: * Intensive Outpatient Therapy * Medical Assisted Treatment Porgrams * Residential Programs * Peer Support Groups Wrap-around services are also provided to address barriers to treatment. * Services are faith-based and LGBTQIA+ inclusive.

Provides a multi-disciplinary program utilizing an abstinence-based, 12-step approach to addiction, with the length of stay based on individual need. Comprehensive inpatient substance use disorder programs treats the whole person: medically, psychologically, spiritually and emotionally. Inpatient treatment offers a full compliment of services to patients: - Diagnostic Evaluation. - Detoxification. - Inpatient Rehabilitation. - Partial Hospitalization. - Extended Residential Care. - Family Program. - Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). - Continuing Care. - Community Referrals. - Specialty areas including gender specific services, treatment for helping professionals, pain education services, dual diagnosis and relapse prevention.

Provides intensive outpatient chemical dependency treatment in a 3-phase service. In Phase 1, a complete assessment is done, and counseling and group interventions begin. In Phase 2, the focus is on a relapse prevention plan, positive coping skills, responsibility and sober life management. Parenting classes are offered to clients who are required to participate as part of their plan, and are also open to other participants who have children. Phase 3 focuses on self recovery, journaling, and family roles and relationship sessions. 12-step meetings, individual and couples counseling are primary components of the larger program. Program includes education on topics like domestic violence, dealing with trauma, health screenings, referrals to needed basic services (food, housing, etc.) Child care is not available during sessions currently due to COVID 19.

Offers four sessions that will be offered online and include information on memory strategies, nutrition, medications, medical conditions and exercise for the body and mind. Provdes a great opportunity for people to learn about memory issues and get strategies and tips that can help improve their memory, and offers information about medications and how important that is to communicate with your healthcare provider.
