Provides comprehensive drug and alcohol addiction recovery services including assessments, counseling, outpatient detoxification, medication assisted treatment, and intensive outpatient treatment.

Provides group and 1:1 treatment sessions, targeted CM including assistance and necessary referrals and support for re-entry needs, medical screening and referrals as needed, life skills training, employee and economic wellness

Depending on client need, the intensive outpatient program offers nine to fifteen hours of service per week of treatment. It is appropriate for adults who can abstain from chemical use with the support of the Weekday Program.

Provides withdrawal management from opiates including heroin. Provides Campral for those managing an alcohol abuse disorder

Provides outpatient mental health services, including individual counseling, substance use disorder. Focus is Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT).

Inpatient residential treatment after detox is complete. Around 30 days where the client creates the building blocks on which their recovery journey is formed. Clients participate and grow in therapy groups and individual counseling

Kettering Health Behavioral Medical Center is a comprehensive behavioral health campus offering a continuum of mental health services, including acute mental health and co-occurring (mental health and substance use) inpatient adult care, adult intensive outpatient programs, outpatient counseling, and outpatient medication management appointments. Treatment programs are carefully tailored to individual’s diagnosis, condition, and situation. Services are covered by most insurance companies; Medicare and Medicaid are accepted.

Community psychiatric supportive treatment. Provides intensive case management to severely mentally disabled clients and provides after hours emergency crisis intervention for their clients. Behavioral health assessment, counseling and therapy, medication management.

Provides a four to eight week program designed to provide quality treatment at an intensive outpatient level of care for adult men and women.

Provides services to assist individuals as they fight the epidemic of addiction through Medication Assisted Treatment (Methadone, Buprenorphine/Suboxone, Subutex, Sublocade, Vivitrol).

Provides inpatient residential intensive treatment services including daily meetings with a personal counselor, medication assisted treatment, group and individual counseling, and other support services.

Medication Assisted Treatment is provided to treat opioid use disorder. Treatment is geared towards the whole person and meets the patient where they are in their journey to recovery, offering support in achieving individualized goals and treatment.

Professional educators provide community programs and screenings to promote health and wellness. Programs include Women in Touch, Healthier at Home, Resource Mothers, Fatherhood Support, Centering Pregnancy, Hispanic Health, Stepping Out, Prescription Assistance and community health events for men and women. Screenings include blood sugar, cholesterol, blood pressure, osteoporosis, body fat, balance, and carbon monoxide.

Provides individually tailored education and treatment for clients. Professional staff are committed to exceeding the requirements and expectations of clients in a positive atmosphere of flexibility, trust and respect. The substance abuse services provided can be customized based on client needs and include substance abuse counseling.

Provides outpatient treatment services for chemically dependent individuals not requiring medical management and/or inpatient treatment. An assessment is completed to determine to determine the appropriate level of care.

The Medication-Assisted Treatment Program services include physician assessment and ongoing appointments, nursing appointments, medication management, clinical assessment, individual counseling, group counseling and case management.

30-unit apartment complex for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Preference is given for homeless individuals, but it is not mandatory for admittance. Each of the Apple Grove buildings has five one-bedroom apartments with a kitchen, bath, and living room/dining room combination. On-site community building provides an indoor recreation area, and ample outdoor space is also available for recreational programs. Community support services are provided to individuals by The Counseling Center.

Provides residential substance abuse treatment services for women. Services include counseling for alcoholism and drug abuse and substance abuse prevention education.

Provides outpatient alcohol and drug assessment and treatment, crisis and suicide intervention and group counseling, therapy and case management and mental health assessments.

Offers a variety of counseling and support services for individuals struggling with drug, alcohol, pornography and prescription medication addictions. Also provide drug and alcohol assessments for employment and license reinstatement.

Provides therapy for individuals with substance use disorder related issues of any kind and/or for their families to help them better understand the nature of their physical and/or psychological dependency or impairment and to support their efforts to recover.

Provide Pack N Play portable cribs and Safe Sleep Survival Kits to families and caregivers that are unable to provide a safe sleep environment due to financial hardship. Survival Kit contains a sheet for the Pack N Play, a sleep sack for the infant, a bedtime storybook and educational materials for the parents. Family must come to Board of Health office to pick up Pack N Play and receive instruction on proper assembly and use before taking Pack N Play home.

Provides substance abuse counseling services to those addicted to opiates, narcotics, and other drug dependencies.

The Refuge Residential Addiction Recovery program is certified by the Ohio Department of Mental Health & Addiction Services. Our programming begins with a 30-Day Discovery Phase based on a 139-acre property in Lancaster, Ohio, and focuses on their personal growth and development. Men will participate in individual and group counseling with licensed counselors. After 30 days, men begin our Workforce Development program to start establishing a healthy daily routine and building a work history to prepare them for life after The Refuge. They will continue going through individual and group counseling.
