The Greene County Library Foundation and United Way of the Greater Dayton Area have collaborated to welcome Dolly Parton's Imagination Library to Greene County, Ohio. The Dolly Parton Imagination Library is a unique early years book gifting program that mails a brand new, age-appropriate book to enrolled children every month from birth until five years of age.

Outreach Services Department delivers library materials and services to residents of the Knox County Library District who would otherwise have severely limited or no access to them. This includes: - Elderly - Home-bound - Physically challenged - Institutionalized - Preschool or Daycare - Amish Schools - To and from library branches Services to institutional settings include Knox County Jail, a variety of preschool and daycare centers, and retirement centers and nursing homes.
Provides no-cost delivery of books, magazines, audiobooks, DVDs, and music CDs to homes, apartments, retirement homes, and other residential care facilities to people unable to visit the library in person.
