Provides a secure facility that serves adjudicated youth felon offenders from ten participating counties in Northwest Ohio; average length of stay is six months; services include individual, group and family counseling and an accredited academics program.

The JOSHUA program is a work missions project established for youth and adults from various parts of the country to help make a difference in the living conditions of low income residents of the Ohio Valley. Services include, but are not limited to: painting, building of handicap ramps, replacing of windows, and yard clean up. Home repair projects are matched up with the skills of the work mission groups and most projects can be completed within one (1) week in the summer.

Evaluates cases related to problems with public and subsidized housing (Section 8, Housing Choice Voucher Program, buildings administered by the federal housing agency, and others) including: evictions; termination from subsidized housing programs; rent related matters or issues involving tenant groups, denial of applications for subsidized housing that are based on prior criminal history or a criminal background check; and claims for money damages related to tenancy.

Provides simulated miniature towns with scaled down roads, crosswalks, commercial storefronts, traffic signs, traffic signals, railroad crossings, and school buses that young children can visit and ride tricycles through to learn about safety.

The Electric Partnership Program (EPP) assists eligible residents of Ohio in lowering their home electricity usage. The program includes an in-home assessment by an EPP provider, who will install appropriate energy-efficient measures, such as LED light bulbs, to help reduce electricity consumption. Depending on the household's energy usage and efficiency, there may also be options to replace older appliances like refrigerators, furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, or water heaters. Participants will also receive guidance on additional ways to reduce their electricity usage and enhance their home's overall efficiency.

Provides a facility for all ages to participate in all types of swimming activities in order to improve health and fitness. Programs include: swim lessons, open swim, water exercises, and swim teams. Offers a program for adults (especially the elderly) to improve and maintain fitness with an emphasis on cardiovascular as well as strengthening without stress on joints.
