Integrated Family and Systems Treatment (I-FAST) is an evidence-supported, brief, strength-based intervention designed to help youth and families create meaningful change within their own home and community. I-FAST focuses on identifying and amplifying family strengths, improving communication, and aligning supports across systems such as schools, courts, and child welfare.

MORPC offers home energy efficiency (weatherization) and safety services at no cost to income-eligible residents to help keep them warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer, all while lowering energy bills. Experienced professionals perform home energy inspections and safety checks, and work to improve the safety and comfort of the home. Collects money due to the county for real estate, manufactured home, and estate taxes; collects money for all county funds; deposits on a daily basis; redeems Auditor issued warrants from the bank daily; and invests county funds.

Ohio Works First (cash assistance) is temporary assistance available to families to help pay for immediate needs while the adults of the family prepare and search for jobs.

Provides medical-quality pregnancy tests, ultrasounds and other prenatal care services. Some services include prenatal vitamins and verification of pregnancy.

Enforces city, state and federal laws related to weights and measures devices. Resolves consumer complaints. Inspects and tests all weighing and measuring devices used commercially in Columbus.
