Provides financial assistance to low-income active United States military personnel (all branches of service) currently deployed overseas and to low-income post 9/11 Veterans with a wound, illness or injury received in the line of duty (LOD). Accepted reasons for financial assistance include mortgage assistance, rent assistance, home repairs, utility assistance, auto repairs, auto payments, travel and transportation, moving assistance, essential home items (mattresses and box springs and appliances such as washer, dryer, refrigerator, and stove), medical expense assistance, emergency dental assistance, critical baby items, and other financial assistance. Offers emergency financial assistance for critical baby items, food, and vision care to active duty service member with rank of rank E1-E6 with DEERS-eligible dependents. Note: Does NOT provide financial assistance for credit card debt or personal loans and does NOT assist with down payments for vehicles or homes.

Children with medical handicaps program may be able to offer medical care expense assistance to those who are eligible.

Children with Medical Handicaps Program is a health care program at the Ohio Department of Health. CMH links families of children with special health care needs to a network of providers and helps families obtain payment for the medical bills and services their child needs.

The Ohio Department of Health (ODH) announced today that a wide variety of no-cost health services will be offered to residents of Crawford County. The services are made possible through a partnership between ODH, the Ohio National Guard, Crawford County Public Health, the Crawford County Board of Developmental Disabilities, and local community partners. Provides direct, treatment-related financial assistance to people in the United States who are living with chronic kidney disease.

Provides a limited amount of financial assistance to help patients with significant financial need and who are under a doctor's care for a confirmed blood cancer diagnosis. This program is supported entirely by public contributions and patient aid funds are subject to availability. Patient Financial Aid Program provides $100 a year to help patients offset expenses. Receipts for expenses are not required. To apply, you must be a US resident or US military personnel stationed abroad and in active treatment or ongoing medical follow-up care for a blood cancer. Your prescribing healthcare provider must complete and sign the bottom portion of the application form.
