Helps those minorities who are age 55 or older and of low income to improve the quality of their lives by obtaining paid employment and training. Individuals are placed in local non-profit agencies. Also will help in matters pertaining to housing information, health promotion and advocacy by giving referrals/suggestions as needed. Participants may be eligible for up to 4 years of employment.

Offers a program to assist in building self-confidence and self awareness in an effort to resolve past trauma, avoid substance abuse and end cycles of poverty. Program includes sessions on resolving conflict before it escalates, managing money and building credit, time management, goal-setting, effective communication, critical thinking skills for problem solving, and avoiding premature fatherhood. Program may include participation in a golf program.
Offers a program to help new and experienced fathers with barriers to develop parenting skills. Curriculum includes addressing financial instability, communication issues and negative thought patterns to overcome in order to participate in a meaningful way in their children's lives.
An Africentric mentoring program committed to affirming the positive aspects of childhood while easing the transition to womanhood. Matches African American women to act as role models for African American girls. Mentor is assigned for a minimum of 6 months.

Learning Center promotes fluency in reading and comprehension of math concepts, while developing self-determination and self-pride in their studies.
