Typical screenings include prostate cancer, high cholesterol, diabetes, high blood pressure, sickle cell anemia, and testicular cancer.

Classes provide information and practice that helps establish routines, communication, builds children's self-worth, rewards and punishments, personal power, handling stress and anger, praise and self-nurturing. Offers a prenatal support program for low-income pregnant women. Provides in home case management services through Community Health Workers (CHW) who make regular home visits throughout the duration of the pregnancy and until the child turns three (3) years old. In addition, offers support, education, and resources via a telehealth option.

The mission of AALI (African American Leadership Initiative) is to identify and cultivate African American leaders in Mansfield and Richland County. AALI functions to create a network of diverse leaders with relevant opportunities to connect and contribute. AALI Social is a monthly gathering for the purpose of networking and establishing connections.

Provides heatlh education programs and events, and leads advocacy efforts for health issues and policy initiatives to increase awareness of racial health disparities in Greater Cincinnati.

Helps those minorities who are age 55 or older and of low income to improve the quality of their lives by obtaining paid employment and training. Individuals are placed in local non-profit agencies. Also will help in matters pertaining to housing information, health promotion and advocacy by giving referrals/suggestions as needed. Participants may be eligible for up to 4 years of employment.

Offers community-based meetings and discussions for underrepresented minority populations in Lorain County. These meetings will address these groups' unique challenges in accessing mental health services and provide valuable information and resources to overcome these barriers. Focus on psychoeducation, group discussions, and hands-on activities to increase knowledge, reduce stigma, and improve access to mental health and substance abuse services.

Provides an on-campus cultural heritage center featuring exhibits and programming about African, African-American, and African Diaspora history, life and culture. Offerings include workshops, films, videos and other educational programming related to the subject area. Provides meeting space for rent.
