The mission of AALI (African American Leadership Initiative) is to identify and cultivate African American leaders in Mansfield and Richland County. AALI Social is a monthly gathering for the purpose of networking and establishing connections.

Provides opportunities for older adults to give support and care to children who have special needs in school and daycare settings. Participants receive a small stipend, an annual physical examination, accident and liability insurance and meals during service hours.
