Performs home studies for independent adoptions. Processes petitions for foreign adoptions and release of identifying information, vital statistics, and medical information regarding adoptions.

OH|Tax eServices provides a web-based software which asks taxpayers a series of questions, then compiles a state or school district income tax return based on the taxpayers' answers. eFile offers taxpayers the opportunity to file electronically when using a paid preparer or commercial software to prepare a return to file.

Offers one-time disaster cash assistance for Franklin County residents who have suffered damage to their homes or the loss of certain household items due to a state declared, natural disaster or personal disaster verified by the American Red Cross. Payments can be up to $750 per family and $500 for the elderly or those with disabilities.
