The Senior Farmers’ Market Nutrition Program (SFMNP) provides income-eligible senior citizens with special coupons worth $50 to enjoy locally grown fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs and honey. Funding is limited and coupons are distributed on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each person will receive a total of ten $5 coupons. Coupons may only be redeemed by authorized participating farmers who sell produce at farmers’ markets or roadside stands.

Provides financial assistance to low-income active United States military personnel (all branches of service) currently deployed overseas and to low-income post 9/11 Veterans with a wound, illness or injury received in the line of duty (LOD). Accepted reasons for financial assistance include mortgage assistance, rent assistance, home repairs, utility assistance, auto repairs, auto payments, travel and transportation, moving assistance, essential home items (mattresses and box springs and appliances such as washer, dryer, refrigerator, and stove), medical expense assistance, emergency dental assistance, critical baby items, and other financial assistance.
