Provides water and sewer to the City of Bedford (obtains the water from Cleveland.) Provides discounted service based on income eligibility for those age 65 or older or 100% totally and permanently disabled and own and occupy the home. The Service Department will snake out the sanitary sewer from the house to the street providing a proper cleanout is installed outside the house.

A governmental program that provides low-income households with discounted cell phone service. Customers cannot not be enrolled in any other Lifeline assistance program. Customer must already be participating in an assistance program such as Food Stamps, HEAP, SSDI, TANF, Section 8, Medicaid etc... To qualify via income customers must have 3 months of consecutive pay stubs, letter from the employer, last year's income tax return and employer W-2 form.
