Provides health insurance through a managed care plan (MCP) for children and pregnant women in low-income families. Services for children include hospital or acute illness care, well-child checkups, limited dental care, eyeglasses, prescribed medication, and immunizations. For pregnant mothers, will cover doctor visits before and for 60 days after delivery, prescriptions, and the delivery itself.
Provides public health insurance for individuals who have been determined to be disabled by Social Security or Medicaid, but are currently able to work. Clients earning over a certain amount may be required to pay a monthly premium.

Provides information and processes applications for Ohio Healthy Start, federally known as (CHIP) Children's Health Insurance Program. Ohio Healthy Start provides free or low-cost health insurance for children in families with income too high to qualify for Medicaid, but too low to afford private coverage.

Assists with the Medicaid process for individuals diagnosed with a severe mental illness or have been diagnosed with one of the following chronic conditions: such as Cancer, HIV/AIDS or Immune Deficiencies, End Stage Renal Disease, Sickle Cell Anemia, Cystic Fibrosis, Hemophilia. Serves those who have had a previous transplant as well as those who are active on the solid organ or soft tissue transplant waiting list.

Provides assistance from Kynectors with applying for, reporting changes to, and recertifying for Medicaid. Assistance is available in person and over the phone at no cost.

Provides low income persons who are Medicare recipients with several programs including Qualified Medicare Beneficiary (QMB), Specified Low-income Medicare Beneficiary (SLMB), and Qualifying Individual-1 (QI-1) that offer different levels of assistance to pay Medicare premiums and, in some cases, deductibles and co-payments.

PASSPORT (Pre-Admission Screening System Providing Options and Resources Today) provides an alternative to nursing home placement through coordinated in-home services to Medicaid eligible older adults. This program provides Medicaid and state funds to assist and enable an individual with long-term care needs to remain in their own home. Services provided include: Personal Care Assistance, Homemaker, Respite Care, Home Delivered Meals, Chore Service, Medical Transportation, Adult Day Care, Minor Home Modification and repairs, Durable Medical Equipment and Supplies, Nutrition Consultation, Social Work Counseling, Case Management, by an RN or LSW, to coordinate the care plan is provided to all PASSPORT clients.

Once approved for Medicaid, clients will be auto-enrolled into one of the seven Managed Care Plan options (MCP). Medicaid recipients are required to renew their coverage annually and will receive Medicaid Renewal packets before their 12-month Medicaid Certification period expires.
