Provides a treatment facility for those adults who require long-term treatment for chemical dependency. Uses a holistic approach in recovery and prepares clients to reenter society. Offers gender specific programs including individual, group, and family counseling. Also presents clients with recreational, educational, and volunteer opportunities with the goal of helping clients develop the tools needed to develop meaningful interpersonal relationships and to fulfill responsibilities that accompany living with others in a stable, healthy recovering household.

Provides case management services to young adults. Clients will be paired with a trained case manager who will help develop a personalized case plan to foster independence. Participants will learn skills such as financial planning, job readiness, study skills, time management, goal-setting, problem-solving and critical thinking. Ten transitional housing beds are reserved for Geauga County residents only (clients may access case management services even if they are not using the housing portion of this program).

Provides temporary housing for homeless persons meeting age eligibility. Those needing to leave their homes due to mortgage foreclosure, eviction, fire, structural damage, loss of utilities, or other unsafe housing conditions are also served. Housing will accommodate 8 residents. Residents are allowed to bring in their own food and cook for themselves. All residents work closely with the case manager in order to secure permanent housing. Some funds may be available for residents to help with relocation to permanent, appropriate housing. Help may include funds for security deposits, moving assistance, storage, and other help related to relocation.
Provides a housing program designed to increase independent living skills and self-sufficiency through a non-clinical peer support model. Goal is permanent housing. Program includes support services, assistance with establishing educational goals if wanted, skills to maintain behavioral health, manage finances, and develop social supports in the community.

Provides a 17-bed residence for individual men who need a sober environment to support their substance abuse recovery or a transitional residence after release from prison. Residents share in chores, must attend 3 12-step meetings per week (for substance abusers) or a mandatory weekly meeting for counseling (for ex-offenders), and are generally supervised by a house manager. Typical stay is 6 months-1 year. Twelve apartment suites are also available for those who are ready for a more independent living situation.
